Beyond the CV

We are so much more than just a CV or LinkedIn profile. Mine has been a life behind bars, with a blurry line between work and pleasure. On the bike, and off, always with the riders. From early on, I learned to use my passion for our sport to remain engaged and learn the needs of riders. It serves me still.

In the Mix

To grow our business (and ourselves), we need to take decisions informed by all that is around us. We need to live it. Breath it. Then apply what we've learned, anticipating what is needed next. This I believe.
